Did you ever notice how you seem to have much more success when someone issues you a challenge? We are a weight-loss support group dedicated for people who are at least 100 pounds overweight (or have been at one time) and are currently trying to change their lifestyles to eat healthier and exercise to lose weight. Change your health for the better and change your attitude towards "dieting" and food in general by joining us for the long haul as we support each other to lose weight together. We issue regular challenges that are about a month long each and end on or around a holiday and set goals for ourselves to lose a set amount of weight by that date and then support each other and report in every week along the way to the goal date. Losing weight is a greater challenge for those who have at least 100 pounds to lose and it's helpful to be with a group of people who understand the obstacles and issues surrounding having so much more weight to lose than the average "dieter". If we stick together, we can reach our goals one challenge at a time! Our group is set up as a restricted group just to keep spammers to a minimum, so just request to join and you'll be approved and you can join right in.
